Rest Day is a not-to-do list. Add the things you don't want to do and set how long to hold off on them — it keeps you motivated to do what actually matters, or simply gives you permission to rest. If there are still things you must do, you can add them as to-dos too. For each item, you can set a reminder or keep it going forever, add sub-items and notes, and mark it as important. Items can also repeat at a custom interval. Your items sync via iCloud, and a Home Screen widget keeps them in view. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
