In competition, technique is rarely what decides. You built your technique in training. What decides is whether you can call it up under pressure. CM Archers Mind is a training app for the mental side of archery. No meditation, no wellness. Everything here serves a single question: how do you call up your next good shot under pressure? YOUR SHOT ROUTINE Build your personal routine step by step, with your own key words. Train it guided, with spoken cues and haptics, even without a bow at home. You can record every step in your own voice. THE RESET The arrow is shot. The problem is not the arrow but what it leaves behind: tension, shallow breathing, a head still on the last arrow. Eight reset exercises, grouped by the time you actually have: the micro reset between two arrows, the set reset in a final's break, the end reset on the walk to the target, the day reset after a competition. Not everyone needs calming. If you rush, you need to slow down. If you freeze, you need activation. You assign yourself to one of four reaction patterns and get suitable exercises recommended. Every exercise has two views: at home the learning mode with reasoning, success criterion and the most common mistake — on the line just one word per step, large and haptically timed. A four-week programme takes you from your living room into competition and explains why each week looks the way it does. INTERRUPTION TRAINING Shoot, step away from the line, a timed task, come back, shoot on. What you practise is not the puzzle but the way back into your routine — exactly what every end in competition asks of you. Nine tasks from memory to word search, all generated by the app and therefore new every time. Every second round runs without a task and serves as the comparison. It grew out of junior training and works for anyone. MENTAL EXERCISES Breathing, concentration, visualisation, confidence, relaxation. Sixteen exercises, each with guidance in the same structure: why it works, when to use it, how you know it worked, and the most common mistake. PRESSURE AND COMPETITION Pressure training with scenarios, competition simulation with scoring, final simulation with sets, opponent and shoot-off. Plus guided competition preparation and a competition diary. ANALYSIS WITH RESTRAINT The app reports only numbers that follow from your data. If there is not enough data, it says so openly instead of showing a number that carries nothing. No interpretations, no statements about your personality. The key figure is the arrow after: how well you come back after a bad arrow, compared with your average. Every analysis can be expanded to show what the number says and what it does not. COACH AREA Coaches put together assignments — exercises, goals, a note, a due date — and pass them on as a file. Via AirDrop, mail or messenger. No account, no server. The athlete gets the assignment on the home screen and can send back a report with key figures. Competition diary and notes stay on their device. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU Everything is stored locally. No registration, no internet connection required, no advertising, no tracking. Data leaves your device only if you export or share it yourself. Export as JSON, CSV or PDF. ALSO German and English, switchable inside the app. iPhone and iPad. Light and dark. Built-in manual with eighteen chapters, diagrams and full-text search.
