CardioOneConnect
Read full descriptionHide full description
CardioOneConnect is a companion mobile application intended for patients participating in a healthcare provider-ordered ambulatory ECG monitoring study. The application requires a compatible wearable ECG device and cannot record ECG data or perform its intended function without that external device. The wearable is provided for use only as directed by the prescribing healthcare professional and is not available for independent over-the-counter use through this application. When paired with the prescribed wearable, the application receives ECG and device-operational information generated by the wearable and securely transmits that information to the authorized cardiac monitoring platform for processing and review in connection with the prescribed study. The application may also provide operational notices concerning device connectivity, battery status, or sensor contact. These notices are not clinical alarms and should not be interpreted as an assessment of the patient’s medical condition. The application does not independently analyze or interpret the ECG, make diagnostic determinations, identify or rule out cardiac conditions, provide treatment recommendations, or replace the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional. Operational messages generated by the application are not clinical alarms and are not intended to indicate whether the user is experiencing a cardiac event or other medical emergency.
