About

Rattlegram

This app utilizes advanced COFDM technology for audio-based SMS transmission. It supports various modes with specific encoding and modulation techniques, requiring minimal bandwidth for efficient data transfer.

Highlights
  • COFDM technology
  • Audio-based SMS
  • 160 ms OFDM symbols
  • Differential PSK modulation
  • Forward error correction
  • Low bandwidth requirement

COFDMTV is based on COFDM (coded orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing) technology: - 160 ms long OFDM symbols - 6.25 Hz per sub-carrier - 1/8 guard interval - differentially encoded PSK (phase-shift keying) modulation - systematic polar codes for forward error correction Currently Modes 14, 15 and 16 are supported: Using either SPC(2048, 1392), SPC(2048, 1056) or SPC(2048, 712) with CRC32C aided SCL decoding and differential QPSK modulation for the payload. Only a bandwidth of 1600 Hz is needed and the transmission of either 85, 128 or 170 bytes take about one second with the leading noise and fancy header disabled.

About

Planet

Features

Planet is a small, private app for sharing what you're doing with the people you actually do things with — a partner, a parent, a handful of friends. Every post is a place: a dinner you're cooking, a hike on Saturday, a coffee that just opened nearby. Add a few invitees, mark it as "want company" or "just so you know," and the people on your list see it. That's it. What's inside — Post events with a title, time, location, and a short note. They land in your friends' feeds, not on a public timeline. — RSVP "going," "maybe," or "can't," and see who else is in. — Chat per event — a single thread tied to the plan so the messages don't get lost in another app. — Shared docs for trip-planning details (packing lists, addresses, who's bringing what). — Calendar export so the event slots into Apple Calendar with one tap. — Push notifications when someone invites you, edits a plan, RSVPs, or sends a message. What's not inside — No public profiles. No discovery. No "people you may know." — No follower counts, no likes, no algorithm. — No advertising, no analytics SDKs, no third-party trackers. Sign-in is by SMS magic link — no passwords. Access is by invitation: every account exists because an existing user added your phone number to their friend list. Planet is operated by one person as a hobby project. It is not a company and not a paid service. If something breaks, email the address on weregoing.app/privacy and a human will reply. Privacy We collect your phone number, your friend list, and the events and messages you create. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or run analytics. Full details: weregoing.app/privacy.
