With Quit Plan access, follow daily ceilings, review your records and see your progress toward zero. Adjust future stages, pause and resume, or switch to zero support when you decide to stop early. A daily ceiling is a maximum, not a target you need to reach. Optional reminders help you keep your records up to date. FREE AND PAID FEATURES The cigarette counter and free plan setup and preview remain available without a Quit Plan subscription. Quit Plan active tools require a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. Eligible users may receive a 7-day free introductory trial. Current prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account, and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled before renewal. Manage or cancel in your Apple account settings. A valid Quit Plan subscription includes Pro benefits while access is active. Previously purchased lifetime Pro benefits remain permanent; lifetime Pro alone does not include Quit Plan. Saved Quit Plan history stays readable after subscription access ends. Smoke Counter is a personal tracking and planning tool.
