PLEASE NOTE: B·Indkomst is a Danish-language app for Danish tax. The entire interface is in Danish, and every calculation follows the rules of the Danish tax authority (Skattestyrelsen). It is built for people who file in Denmark. If you do not file Danish taxes, this app will not help you. B·Indkomst collects fees, expenses, receipts and mileage on your iPhone. You get a running tax estimate, suggestions for the right SKAT field (rubrik) based on your tax status, and your documentation ready so that you enter the figures yourself in TastSelv. CAPTURE IT AS IT HAPPENS • Scan a receipt with the camera. Apple Vision suggests amount, date and merchant • Dictate an expense. Danish transcription runs on your device • Record fees and other income • Keep notes and documentation, and always correct the app's suggestion before saving SEE WHERE YOUR TAX IS GOING • Choose between lønmodtager, honorarmodtager and selvstændig • Follow a running estimate of tax and AM-bidrag based on your own figures • Get suggestions for the relevant SKAT fields. You can always check and correct them • Calculate immediate or declining-balance depreciation of equipment using the rules of the year it was bought MILEAGE AND DOCUMENTATION • Keep a mileage log with addresses, purpose, odometer and route • Use photo OCR for the odometer • Export the mileage log and the year's documentation as PDF or CSV READY FOR TASTSELV • Follow the TastSelv guide field by field • Check the app's calculated figures against your original receipts • Enter the figures yourself in TastSelv. B·Indkomst does not file anything on your behalf PRIVACY FIRST • OCR, transcription and categorisation are processed on your iPhone • No servers of our own, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs • Optional sync through your own private iCloud • Local data is protected by the built-in data protection in iOS B·Indkomst is built for fees and B-indkomst on a CPR number, for employees with B-indkomst on the side, and for simple sole proprietorships that are not VAT-registered. It is not an accounting system and does not keep VAT records. It does not give individual tax or legal advice. For VAT, companies, international or otherwise complex matters you should use a proper accounting system or a qualified adviser. SUBSCRIPTION • B·Indkomst Pro is available as a monthly subscription at DKK 49 per month or a yearly subscription at DKK 399 per year, both with a 1-month free trial • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
