The clearest difference is ads: Gorilla Mind at none against Rangers Store's shown. Gorilla Mind also leads on ratings volume (2.3K vs 28) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Rangers Store against 4.9 for Gorilla Mind.
