Why not using regular email app with silenced notifications? Because it requires willpower, which we have only little. Don't test yourself, have a system that works just as needed. Sender sends emails via SMTP, which stands for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol. This is what email is supposed to be, right? Set up your email provider of choice in the app, and you're good to go. Every major email provider allows sending with SMTP protocol. You'll just need to create a specific password. There are links for instructions in the app to help with that.
