Support agent will sign in by using credentials provided by the website owner. Just login and start communication with the visitors of website how need any help or more information. Support agents can communicate with visitors by sending text message, voice notes and also can share files like pdf, jpeg etc. Here are some details of all the portions and modules and functionalities of this app. Visitors: it is list of all the visitors who visited the lending page of the website but they not contacted to any support agent. All the support agents can see this list and can start chat with visitors. Contacts: It is list of the visitors who communicated with logged in support agent. this support agent can click any of the visitor in this list and can read old chat and new received messages. Archives: All the chat requests will appear here, which not accepted yet by this support agent. Transferred Chats: Support agent can see list of all chats which transferred by any other support agent. Agent have options to accept or reject it. Profile: Agent can logout his account and can see his associated email account, profile picture etc. As this app is just for all our support agents, other users cannot use it without login credentials. Its basic purpose is to communicate with visitors who need any help.
