Verdict
The clearest difference is price: TorahApp at Free against Esh Tosefta's $3.99. TorahApp also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 40 months). Esh Tosefta's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
