ALE Labeler vs Pulse Candidate

The ALE Labeler is an app for annotating audiovisual recordings as the recording is being made. It can be used by the participants being recorded as well as observers of the participants being recorded. Messages are sent over Bluetooth LE advertising to the ALE Server in order to have synchronized annotations of the audiovisual recordings. At present, no information about the annotations are stored on the device, but there are plans to add this feature in future releases.
