Verdict
The clearest difference is price: TorahApp at Free against Esh Reshit Hochma's $3.99. TorahApp also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 40 months). Esh Reshit Hochma's advantage is chart position (#123 vs unranked) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
