Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Ticket.ma at none against PAUL Maroc's shown. Ticket.ma also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). PAUL Maroc's advantage is ratings volume (263 vs 30) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
