Use a journal to record your daily experiences, ideas, emotions and thoughts. Writing a journal regularly can help to improve your communication skills. Besides that, journaling has been known to inspire creativity, encourage self-confidence, reduce anxiety and certainly improve mental health. Your journal contents are stored locally in your device and backed up in your private iCloud account, so they are safe and secure. No one else will be able to read your journal. If you have more than one iOS device, the contents will be synchronised across those devices as well.
