Do you feel the pull before you even unlock your phone? Enko is a presence tracker — not a blocker, not a nag, not a timer. It runs silently in the background and builds an honest record of your digital day. No shame. No arbitrary limits. Just the truth about where your attention went. THE VOID Your screen-off time is your life. Enko measures it with precision — tracking your longest uninterrupted presence, your first and last pickup of the day, and exactly how your attention moved across each hour. The ring doesn't judge. It just shows you. THE SCROLL Every day is saved. Scroll backwards through your history and watch your patterns emerge over days and weeks. Most people are surprised by what they see. That's the point. THE SEASONS Your weekly presence in one view. Seven days of amber rings, side by side. The week you were distracted shows up immediately next to the week you were focused. No commentary needed. WIDGET-FIRST Awareness belongs on your home screen, not buried inside an app. Enko's widget puts your presence percentage, pickup count, and daily span right where you'll see them — before you open anything else. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Enko only detects when you lock and unlock your device. It never reads your apps, messages, or content. Your screen time data is calculated and stored locally on your device — we never see it. We use anonymous analytics to improve the app, but these never include your screen time data. --- Enko is built for people who already know they're distracted and want clarity, not punishment. If you're looking for a blocker, there are great options for that. If you want to understand your relationship with your phone without being lectured — this is it. Download Enko and start witnessing.
