Focus Wave

A simple yet highly effective technique. Use Focus Wave to enhance your focus time. It encourages you to work with the time you have rather than against it and helps you prevent burnout. Set your timer, choose an ambient sound, and track your progress.
BlockBuddy
Read full descriptionHide full description
This app lets you do a lot of cool stuff, especially blocking all of your apps. You canβt open Instagram, Snapchat, or any other app unless you go through the Doom Stopper app first. There, you can unlock it for a set amount of time (for example, 5 minutes), and it helps you stay away from doom scrolling because when the time is up, you get kicked out of the app and have to go through Doom Stopper again.
