The clearest difference is ads: AAFS Conference at none against IACP's shown. AAFS Conference also leads on ratings volume (34 vs 1) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). IACP's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 12 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
