Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Pelsee Cam at 4.8 against ELooK Pro's 2.1. Pelsee Cam also leads on review sentiment (45% vs 5%) and ratings volume (921 vs 19). ELooK Pro's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
