REIS

REIS is the paper expense report every driver fills in, moved into the phone. Built for long-haul truckers, bus and van drivers and forwarders who have to account for the money they were given. WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET No account, no sign-up, no server. Every trip, receipt and photo stays on your phone. At a border, in a dead zone, on roaming — the app behaves exactly as it does at home. AN EXPENSE IN TEN SECONDS Category, amount, currency — that is all. The receipt is photographed on the spot, so nothing has to be dug out of the glovebox later. Cash and card are counted separately. HONEST MONEY REMAINING = ISSUED − SPENT IN CASH. Card spending is shown on its own and never touches the balance. Currencies are never added together: euro apart, leu apart, złoty apart. A TRIP IN THREE STEPS A vehicle, a route and a date are enough to start. Stops, cargo, odometer and the advance can be added on the way. A run you drive often starts from a template. A REPORT THAT IS ACCEPTED A PDF in the shape of a real expense report, or an Excel sheet for the accountant. The file is built on the device and goes out to a messenger, e-mail or cloud in one tap. ALSO INSIDE • Odometer readings and distance in the report • Statistics by category and currency • Reminders: a receipt without a photo, an overdue return, overspending • Backup as a single file • Light and dark theme, eight languages • Passcode lock FREE AND PRO Free: one open trip, the last three finished ones, one driver and one vehicle. REIS Pro lifts the limits and unlocks PDF and Excel export, statistics, the full archive, custom categories and templates.
