Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Fitdrop at 68% against VLOGit's 19%. Fitdrop also leads on rating (3.9 vs 1.5) and ratings volume (135 vs 22). VLOGit's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.4). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fitdrop sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. VLOGit asks for nothing beyond the download.
Fitdrop holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fitdrop has 135 ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 19% of VLOGit's written reviews are positive against 68% of Fitdrop's.
VLOGit ships an update monthly, Fitdrop fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
