Amplify EQ turns everyday workplace conversations into emotional-intelligence practice you can do anywhere - privately, offline, on your own iPhone or iPad. Chat with four AI coworkers based on the four classic DISC personality archetypes. Each one reacts differently. Watch a live sentiment bar move with every message. Get a personalized EQ report at the end of each scenario. MEET YOUR 4 COWORKERS Red - The Dominant Impatient. Direct. Results above all. Loves direct solutions, concrete numbers, brevity. Hates hedging and long-winded excuses. Practice clarity and confidence under pressure. Yellow - The Inspiring Enthusiastic. Easily distracted. Emotional. Loves compliments, energy, big-picture vision. Hates cold tone and pure data dumps. Practice grounding enthusiasm into actionable steps. Green - The Stable Patient. Loyal. Resists sudden change. Loves gentle pacing, reassurance, step-by-step plans. Hates aggressive pushing and surprise pivots. Practice empathy, validation, and shared meaning. Blue - The Analytical Precise. Fact-driven. Skeptical of vibes. Loves hard evidence, structured data, logic chains. Hates emotional buzzwords and speculation. Practice structured reasoning without sounding cold. Each persona is powered by a state-of-the-art on-device language model and responds with realistic, varied tone - never scripted. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick a scenario - a tough feedback conversation, a stalled project, a tense status check, or free play. 2. Chat naturally. The persona replies in character. 3. Watch the live sentiment bar - green means you are building trust, red means tension is rising. 4. Finish the round and read your EQ report: tone awareness, empathy signals, escalation moments, and concrete suggestions for next time. WHY ON-DEVICE AI MATTERS - 100% private - every conversation runs locally using the Gemma 4 model. Nothing is sent to any server. - Works fully offline after the one-time model download. - No accounts. No subscriptions. No tracking. No ads. - Your chats are stored only on your device and you can delete them anytime. WHO IT IS FOR - New managers learning to give feedback - Engineers practicing stakeholder updates - Consultants rehearsing tough client meetings - Anyone who wants to grow EQ without role-playing in front of a coach - Students and professionals studying communication, leadership, or negotiation WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT Traditional EQ training is one-way reading or expensive coaching. Amplify EQ gives you unlimited, judgment-free reps with realistic AI partners - and instant feedback you can act on the same day. The four personas share the same on-device model but carry distinct personality profiles so each conversation feels recognizably different. No two runs are the same. PRIVACY-FIRST BY DESIGN We chose on-device AI for one reason: your workplace conversations should stay yours. Amplify EQ does not collect personal data, does not require sign-up, does not show ads, and does not phone home. Read our full Privacy Policy in-app. SYSTEM NOTES - iPhone or iPad with iOS 16 or later - Around 3 GB free storage for the AI model (one-time download over Wi-Fi recommended) - Best on devices released in the last 3 years; older devices will work but respond more slowly Start your first conversation today and feel your EQ improve, one chat at a time.
