About

Train Smart

Train Smart is the program elite athletes get, built for you. Your whole week โ€” gym, running, prehab and recovery โ€” planned around your sport and your season, with the weight to put on the bar on every set. STRENGTH & CONDITIONING โ€” a real program for your sport, not a generic split with its name on it. Periodised to your season, every working set written out: sets, reps, tempo, cues and the weight in kilos. CONDITIONING & RUNNING โ€” goal-driven plans (2km, Yo-Yo, Bronco, repeat-sprint, 5k to marathon and more) that set this week's pace from where you are, and get quicker as you do. PREHAB, MOBILITY & REHAB โ€” prehab and mobility matched to what your sport breaks. If something goes, rehab is woven into the program instead of replacing it. NUTRITION โ€” calorie and macro targets from your training load, turned into a real week of food with a prep list and a shopping list. YOUR WATCH, THROUGH APPLE HEALTH โ€” Apple Watch, Garmin, WHOOP, Oura and more write to Apple Health. Train Smart reads your sleep, HRV and resting heart rate to set how hard today's session is, and your runs to track heart-rate recovery, threshold pace and aerobic fitness. Plus an Apple Watch app for interval runs with haptic cues. TESTING & PROGRESSION โ€” test on your sport's own battery every eight weeks; the results re-price your weights and reset your paces. Can't do a test? Swap it for one that measures the same thing. COACHES, CLUBS AND FRIENDS โ€” train with a real coach and message or call them in the app, run your club's program, or train with friends and share sessions to the feed. 15 sports and styles, 554 exercises, 24 fitness tests. Train Smart Membership: one month free, then a monthly subscription billed to your Apple ID. Cancel any time in Settings โ†’ your name โ†’ Subscriptions. Train Smart is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. It gives general training and nutrition guidance only. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, and follow your physio or doctor during any rehab.
