About

Labstrack

Features

Description Labstrack keeps your lab results and medical records in one private place — on your iPhone, with no account and no server behind it. Scan a report and Labstrack groups the results it recognizes by test for you to review and approve. SCAN A LAB REPORT — CHECK EACH RESULT, THEN SAVE Take a photo or import a PDF. Labstrack reads test names, values, units, dates and reference ranges right on your iPhone, then shows you what it found before anything is saved. Anything it detects as uncertain is flagged for you to confirm. CHECK SCANNED VALUES ON THE ORIGINAL REPORT When Labstrack locates a scanned result's source row, tap the result to see that place boxed on the page. Pick Name, Value, Unit or Range to move the box to that field and re-scan just that spot. Missed a row? Draw a box around it and try reading it in. Labstrack keeps a copy of the pages on your iPhone for later checking unless you turn that off in Settings. SEE EVERY RESULT OVER TIME Saved results for recognized aliases share one graph per test, even when labs spell it differently (HbA1c, A1C, Hemoglobin A1c). Each reading keeps its recorded reference range and where that range came from. When a recorded range or flag supports a status, highs and lows stand out, and you can switch a test to the units you prefer. YOUR WHOLE MEDICAL HISTORY, ON ONE TIMELINE Keep doctor notes, prescriptions, imaging, X-ray photos and insurance cards alongside your labs. Browse them year by year on the timeline or as a filterable list, and search the text Labstrack reads in them — all indexed on your iPhone. Records you import keep their original pages on your iPhone. For scanned lab reports, you can choose in Settings whether to keep the source pages after saving the results. CARE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY Keep records for a parent, a child or a partner in separate profiles that never mix. Switch in a tap, lock any profile with Face ID, or import a family member's backup as a new profile. MEDICATIONS AND BLOOD PRESSURE Track what you take and when each supply runs out, with optional refill reminders that stay discreet on your lock screen. Log blood pressure and pulse in seconds and see your readings on a chart. ENCRYPTED BACKUP YOU CONTROL Create a backup file protected by your own passphrase and keep it wherever you like. Restore it on a new iPhone, or give it to someone who helps care for you. Labstrack never sends it to us, and only your passphrase opens it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Reports are read entirely on your iPhone • Labstrack never sends your records to us; it has no servers and no accounts • No ads, no tracking • Optional Face ID lock for the whole app or for individual profiles • Backups are encrypted with your passphrase — only someone with it can open them If you back up your iPhone with iCloud Backup or to a computer, that backup includes Labstrack's data, as it does other apps'. SIMPLE, HONEST PRICING Free: add results by hand, log blood pressure, track up to 3 active medications, organize your records, and create encrypted backups — plus 2 free scans for every profile. Each lab report or document Labstrack reads is one scan. • Labstrack Pro — unlimited scanning on your profile, and no limit on medications • Caretaker — unlimited scanning on 5 profiles, and no limit on medications One-time purchases. No subscriptions. Labstrack requires iOS 18 or later. Labstrack is for organizing and tracking your records. It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis — always discuss your results with a healthcare professional.
