RESET App is the digital version of The LOA Centre (M) Sdn Bhd's physical RESET Button. We realized that by using the RESET button, people started to feel better and be more positive. Hence, we have made a digital version to reach out to more individuals who needs a RESET in their life. This app allows you to share your moments within the community. You can ZAP another person's RESET moment and show them you care! Help another come out of sadness and become a Zapper! By using the app regularly, you will earn points and hence gain the title of Zapper which shows the RESET community that you are creating smiles around you.

Development of crisis intervention applications for mobile devices RPSD is a crisis intervention mobile app that includes a comprehensive kit of crisis management guidelines. This model is referred to as the RPSD Crisis Intervention Model. The RPSD crisis model is comprised of four stages in the crisis management process: "R" for rapport, "P" for assessment, "S" for support, and "D" for action force, as well as integrated client values, culture, and spirituality. The crisis intervention guidelines module was developed because of the integration of the RPSD crisis model's four stages. While the intensity of the crisis is determined by instruments or measuring instruments. This instrument evaluates the client's crisis in terms of both severity and symptoms. These crisis intervention mobile apps have the potential to benefit counsellors in Malaysia, particularly in the future, as well as the public, by assisting them in recognising and comprehending crises and crisis interventions.
