Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Scrubdin at 5.0 against AppSeen's 4.2. Scrubdin also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 16). AppSeen's advantage is ratings volume (138 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
