Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: SeLeBox at 88% against Cignal Play's 9%. SeLeBox also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). Cignal Play's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (392 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cignal Play sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.29 per 7 days and SeLeBox sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
SeLeBox holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cignal Play has 392 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 9% of Cignal Play's written reviews are positive against 88% of SeLeBox's.
Cignal Play ships an update every 5 weeks, SeLeBox every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
