Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Master Shot at 3.7 against T4Two's 2.5. Master Shot also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 10 months). T4Two's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ratings volume (9.4K vs 404). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Master Shot sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. T4Two asks for nothing beyond the download.
Master Shot holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: T4Two has 9.4K ratings behind it against 404, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of T4Two's written reviews are positive against 44% of Master Shot's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
T4Two ships an update every 10 months, Master Shot every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
