Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: iSilo at 3.8 against Ebook Reader Pro's 2.0. iSilo also leads on ratings volume (50 vs 1) and review sentiment (51% vs 38%). Ebook Reader Pro's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks) and price ($5.99 vs $9.99). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
