Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Moviegoers at 4.8 against Scribble Lite's 3.3. Moviegoers also leads on review sentiment (86% vs 53%) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). Scribble Lite's advantage is ratings volume (182 vs 16) and iOS requirement (3.1 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
