Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Cozy Finds at Free against On's $0.99. Cozy Finds also leads on rating (4.9 vs 3.4) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 11 months). On's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 9) and ads (none vs shown). On device support there is nothing between them.

Cozy Finds is free to download; On costs $0.99 up front. Cozy Finds sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. On asks for nothing beyond the download.
Cozy Finds holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cozy Finds has 4.1K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of On's written reviews are positive against 70% of Cozy Finds's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
On ships an update every 11 months, Cozy Finds every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
