Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Bingo at 3.3 against BingoCard's 2.3. Bingo also leads on update cadence (every 12 months vs every 48 months). BingoCard's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Bingo holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 2.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 30% of Bingo's written reviews are positive against 33% of BingoCard's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Bingo ships an update every 12 months, BingoCard every 48 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
