BillBlaster holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BillBlaster has 156 ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of Congress Pro's written reviews are positive against 76% of BillBlaster's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Congress Pro ships an update monthly, BillBlaster weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
