Okey is a board game similar to Rummikub. The game is played by four players, so other three players are managed by AI. Okey is played with a set of numbered tiles with four different colors. During the game each player has a hand of 14 tiles. On each turn a player draws one tile and then discards one tile. The object of the game is to be the first to form a hand that consists entirely of sets (equal numbered tiles) and runs (consecutive tiles of the same color). Detailed help with rules and illustrations is included. Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Advanced Mill at 4.4 against Okey's 3.8. Advanced Mill also leads on ratings volume (49 vs 5). Okey's advantage is review sentiment (86% vs 47%) and price ($0.99 vs $1.99). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Okey costs $0.99 and Advanced Mill $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Advanced Mill holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Advanced Mill has 49 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of Okey's written reviews are positive against 47% of Advanced Mill's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Okey ships an update every 5 months, Advanced Mill every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
