Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: 新浪新闻 at none against 一点资讯（官方版）'s shown. 新浪新闻 also leads on ratings volume (11K vs 2.9K). 一点资讯（官方版）'s advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.
