Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Nonograms CrossMe at 77% against iDoctor's 22%. Nonograms CrossMe also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 105 months) and ratings volume (2.3K vs 1). iDoctor's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iDoctor sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Nonograms CrossMe sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

iDoctor holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nonograms CrossMe has 2.3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of iDoctor's written reviews are positive against 77% of Nonograms CrossMe's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

iDoctor ships an update every 105 months, Nonograms CrossMe every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
