Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: FFMC at free against Indigo Touch's free with in-app purchases. FFMC also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months). Indigo Touch's advantage is ratings volume (139 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Indigo Touch against 4.5 for FFMC. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Indigo Touch has 139 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
