Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Mental Math at none against Wer wird Milliardär? PRO's shown. Mental Math also leads on ratings volume (44 vs 3) and review sentiment (90% vs 77%). Wer wird Milliardär? PRO's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and price ($1.99 vs $2.99). On update cadence, in-app purchases, chart position and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS

Wer wird Milliardär? PRO holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mental Math has 44 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. PRO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
