Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: PSA Net at 2.3 against MyPSA's 1.0. PSA Net also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (38 vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MyPSA sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. PSA Net asks for nothing beyond the download.
PSA Net holds the better App Store score, 2.3 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PSA Net has 38 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
