Improve your fluid intelligence with Better Brain. Fluid intelligence is the ability to reason and solve new problems independently of previously acquired knowledge. With Better Brain you practice challenging memory tasks where you have to remember simultaneously audio and visual events. A scientific study has shown a positive effect of this training on the fluid intelligence of a test group. The memory task you need to practice is the 2-back task where you must remember the letter you heard two steps back in the past and simultaneously the position of a square on a three by three grid. BetterBrain features multiple user controlled settings such as two additional training tasks (audio position, color change, form) and adaptive difficulty control: Once you make sufficient progress, you may work on the more challenging 3-back task and if you make too many mistakes, the level will be reduced. Another advantage of Better Brain is the possibility to practice dual channel memory tasks which are either fully audio or fully visual. You can also export via email or the Finder a complete log file of your training sessions for later analysis.

Let's bring out the potential of your brain movement with 5 MITRE! 5 MITRE feature 2 type of training 1. Number Tree =================================================== Solving simple problems as quickly as possible is a trick to activate and train the brain. Considering the use in places where writing is impossible, such as within a commuter train, we prepared a problem of repeating mental arithmetic without writing the answers of each calculation and deriving the final answer. Number Tree can be used in the following two ways depending on the use purpose. Brain Anti Aging Training ------------------------- It is training to maintain or improve the "basic physical strength" of the brain. Daily training in 5 minutes with a number tree. The time of commuting to school or to office in the morning is the optimal time zone for training of the brain. Brain warm-up training ------------------------- It is training to bring out the potential of your brain in a few minutes. If you do the training before starting or after lunch, sleepiness will blow, concentration will increase. In addition to increasing your concentration, you will also improve judgment and processing power necessary to cope with various problems with various challenges. Also, if you do before you start studying for exams, you will be able to memorize more things because memory is enhanced. 2. Memory Test =================================================== It tests how many alphanumeric characters and symbols can be memorized in two minutes. Use it as an index to check the current condition of the brain. First of all, do a test one time before starting training, then test after every five training. If you do it on a regular basis, you will see a change in how your brain works.
