Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Easy Note at 5.0 against Music Flashcards's 3.8. Easy Note also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.6). Music Flashcards's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (73% vs 50%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Music Flashcards sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Easy Note sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Easy Note holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Music Flashcards has 45 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Music Flashcards's written reviews are positive against 50% of Easy Note's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Music Flashcards ships an update every 2 months, Easy Note fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
