If having tried Surveyorpad for free you decide you do not wish to take a subscription or if you want to stop your existing subscription you can do this by turning off auto renewal in your iTunes account (settings, iTunes, manage subscriptions) at least 24 hours before your free trial is due to expire or 24 hours before your existing subscription is due to renew. If you fail to switch off auto renew your iTunes account will be automatically charged.
