Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Screen Memo at 5.0 against iSaveWeb Lite's 3.9. Screen Memo also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). iSaveWeb Lite's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (21 vs 4). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iSaveWeb Lite sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Screen Memo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Screen Memo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iSaveWeb Lite has 21 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 32% and 33% positive.
iSaveWeb Lite ships an update every 2 months, Screen Memo fortnightly. Both last shipped on September 29, 2026.
