Clean up the contacts already on your iPhone and iPad. Merge duplicates card by card, fix hundreds of contacts at once with a preview, and undo any change. One purchase covers iPhone and iPad, no subscription, and nothing leaves your device. CLEAN UP • Find duplicates by name, email or phone, even when one number is saved with its country code and the other without. • Merge them card by card: keep the value you want for each field, choose the account, and undo later from Merge History. • Health Check scores your address book from 0 to 100 and lists missing names, invalid phones and emails, and repeated values. FIX MANY AT ONCE • Bulk Edit names, companies, phones, emails, addresses, birthdays and groups with text or regular-expression changes. Every change is shown before it is saved. • Edit every field, including nickname, name prefix and suffix, social profiles and the photo. FIND AND ORGANIZE • Search names, companies, emails, phone numbers in any format, addresses, groups and, when you allow it, Notes. • Sort by any column A–Z or Z–A. Colored tags saved as Contacts lists, so they sync with iCloud and Google. Smart Views with ALL or ANY rules. UNDO AND RESTORE • History keeps daily encrypted backups on this device and shows what changed, field by field. Revert a field or bring back a removed card. • One-tap vCard backup, and a restore that adds back only the missing cards. IMPORT AND EXPORT • Export a selection or a Smart View as CSV, vCard or Excel through Files or the share sheet. Review every card before a vCard import writes anything. • Print Avery labels and envelopes, and scan a business card with the camera. ON EVERY SCREEN • iPhone: rich rows, swipe actions, an A–Z scrubber and step-by-step Merge, Bulk Edit, Import and Export. • iPad: an adaptive contact table with keyboard, pointer and the Command Palette. • iPhone Duo: unfolded, lists, contacts and details sit side by side; folded, it works like any iPhone. NEW IN 2.0 Merge Studio with colored accounts, Health Check, History and Backup, Tags, Rules, birthday reminders, Labels & Envelopes, Excel export, editing for every field, sorting by any column, smarter phone matching, three columns on iPhone Duo and, on iOS 26, Apple Intelligence note summaries and plain-language Smart Views. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your system Contacts stay the source of truth, and iOS keeps syncing your accounts. No ads, no analytics, no sign-in, no contact cloud. Contacts and Notes are processed on your device and never uploaded to us.
