The app features multiple levels where the player must drag circles with either a percent, decimal or fraction onto a number line in the correct sequence. A score is earned based on the time it takes to put all the circles in the correct order (faster is better), plus points for each correct placement, minus points for each error.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: CLEP at 4.8 against Number Line's 3.0. CLEP also leads on review sentiment (78% vs 68%). Number Line's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (665 vs 51). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

CLEP holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Number Line has 665 ratings behind it against 51, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 68% of Number Line's written reviews are positive against 78% of CLEP's.
