Plan your mortgage with iRataMutuo. Calculate monthly payments, compare loan terms and see how interest costs and loan amounts change. • Calculate your monthly payment from the loan amount, annual nominal interest rate and term. • Estimate the loan amount corresponding to your preferred monthly payment. • Estimate indicative household income needs, taking other debt payments into account. • Start from your income to estimate an affordable payment and corresponding loan amount. • Save simulations on your device, add notes and compare up to three scenarios. • Explore the amortization schedule, with principal, interest, remaining balance, charts and annual summaries. • Simulate early repayment to reduce the payment or shorten the term. • Compare your current mortgage with a mortgage transfer scenario. • Plan your home-buying budget with savings, down payment and estimated expenses. • Export PDF reports and share your results. Clear colours and icons help distinguish loan amounts, interest and income. No account is required to calculate or save simulations. Results are indicative estimates, not financing offers or guarantees of approval. Mortgage calculations assume a constant interest rate and monthly payments. Fees and insurance are excluded unless entered in the dedicated tools. Mortgage transfer information refers to the Italian context.
