About

SienteRitmo

Features

SienteRitmo teaches you to hear the music you dance to. Find the 1 in real songs, count along to 8, and dance salsa, bachata, merengue, kizomba and rumba on the beat. COUNT ALONG TO REAL SONGS Pick a song from the library, where every 1 was marked by hand, or add your own from a link or an audio file. Play it from any music app and SienteRitmo counts with you, 1 to 8, so you always know where the 1 is. SONG MAPS See the shape of a song before you dance it. Song maps show the intro, cuerpo, coro and mambo, and while you count along the app names the section you are in and the one coming next. Map your own songs and name sections your way, from presión and bomba to whatever your scene calls them. APPLE WATCH Keep the count on your wrist while you dance, without looking at your phone. TAP TRAINER Tap along to the band and get instant timing feedback: how early or late you are, how steady you stay, and whether you are on the right beat. Practice On1, On2, contratiempo, clave hits or a silent count. LEARNING PATHS Short, focused lessons for every Latin dance: find the pulse, find beat 1, hear son clave, tell 2-3 from 3-2 and keep time through silence, paced to your level. RHYTHM LAB Play with the whole band. Solo the clave, add conga, bongó, timbales, piano montuno and bass, and change the tempo, count and clave direction to hear how the music is built. THEORY GUIDES Plain-language guides to the instruments, history and musicality of each dance: clave, tumbao, montuno, song structure, breaks, phrasing and more. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Follow your timing scores, your accuracy on beat 1, your clave ear and how well you hold time through silence. Feel the rhythm. Dance the song, not just the step.
