98 Rock Baltimore holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 98 Rock Baltimore has 35 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 91% of Radio Mambo's written reviews are positive against 51% of 98 Rock Baltimore's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
