Verdict
Diamond Dave and TierMaker.com both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 71% of Diamond Dave's written reviews are positive against 8% of TierMaker.com's. Diamond Dave also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and chart position (#189 vs unranked). TierMaker.com's advantage is price (Free vs $0.99) and update cadence (weekly vs every 12 months). On rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
