Verdict
The clearest difference is price: AirKey at Free against ImageGotcha's $0.99. AirKey also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.4) and iOS requirement (6.1 vs 16.0). ImageGotcha's advantage is review sentiment (66% vs 50%) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

AirKey is free to download; ImageGotcha costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
AirKey holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ImageGotcha has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of AirKey's written reviews are positive against 66% of ImageGotcha's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
