Addition card sets are completely free, and so is printing. - Practice Their Way - - Type answers on a big, kid-friendly keypad. - Say answers out loud: turn on Listen and the card fills the screen. - Turn on Speak and the app reads each problem aloud. - Drill the times tables by number, 1 through 12, or practice by difficulty. - Build custom card sets for exactly the facts your child needs. - Pick up where you left off, and set practice reminders to build a daily habit. - Race Your Friends - Compete in live head-to-head races over local Wi-Fi: two kids at the kitchen table, or a whole classroom at once. Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is ads: FlashToPass at none against Rounding's shown. FlashToPass also leads on rating (4.4 vs 4.0) and update cadence (every 4 months vs every 12 months). Rounding's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FlashToPass sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Rounding sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
